Viewing Your Changes

There are two ways to view your cover sheet after you make changes to the asciitiff file:

Add the cover sheet to the Styles data base and use the View Fax button to view it. If you do that, everytime you change the asciitiff file you can use View Fax button to see the changes.
Use the asciitiff command to process the file and then view the resulting TIFF file with

The drawback to the first method is that you have to be the FSA to modify the cover sheet file. The second method allows any user to create a cover sheet and then submit the cover sheet to the FSA for addition to the Styles database.

Use the following procedure to view a cover sheet with the imageviewer:
