The View Pulldown Menu

Choices on the View pulldown menu of the Browse Received Fax window control which fields are displayed in the Received Faxes field. Choosing any of these entries toggles the display. A button next to the selection indicates that its display is ON.

The first field marked S is the Status field. When a fax is in your inbox, an N in the Status field means that you have not viewed the fax yet. After you view the fax the Status field will be blank. Faxes in General Delivery are always marked N.

The following additional fields may be displayed:

• Sender # - the TSI of the fax machine that sent the fax.
• Time Received
• P(ages)
• Size - the size of the file, in bytes.
• Fax Name - a name that you can assign to the fax to help you keep track of your faxes (use Name Fax button).
• File Name - the name that Faximum uses to keep track of the fax.

The Save As Default menu item sets the current choices as the default view.
