Check Disk Space on the Server

When Faximum attempts to view or send a fax, it first creates a temporary file on the Fax server. If the server does not have enough disk space to create the file, you will receive an error message.

If the server disk is full or nearly full, delete unnecessary files. Then try to view the fax. Note that faxes are stored as TIFF files which can take up large amounts of disk space.
