The Permissions database associates a group of users with a set of permissions. A permissions record contains the Permissions Group Name and data about permission types. The Fax System Administrator maintains permission groups and assigns or removes permissions for each group.
To assign permissions to an individual user, specify a Permission Group for the user in the User database.
