Select Printer

The Select Printer item on the Options pulldown menu lets you select a printer to use for the Print on Send Fax feature.

After you choose Print on Send Fax, choose Select Printer from the Options pulldown menu. This brings up the Select Printer dialog. The currently selected printer appears as the selected printer in the list. If no printer is selected, select the printer you want and choose OK.

If you do not choose the Print on Send Fax option, the Select Printer option is greyed out.

Before you can use this feature, the FSA must add one or more printers to the Printer Database. (See The Printer Database.)
