The Received Faxes Display

The Browse Received Fax window displays a list of folders that contain received faxes. The Received Faxes display shows information about the faxes in a selected folder. The fields of information are controlled by choices on the View pulldown menu.

The following describes how to see the lists of faxes in different folders:

• If you choose the Folders List entry you see a list of the following folders:
  • Your inbox folder.
  • Your SaveCompose folder.
  • Any folders you have created.
  • The General Delivery folder (if you have General Delivery access privileges).

  By selecting the various folders you can view the list of faxes in each folder.

• If the Folders List entry in the View pulldown menu is not selected you see a list of the faxes in the currently selected folder.
