The Fax - View Window

The View Fax and View Coversheet buttons bring up the Fax - View window.

Use the Fax - View window to view any selected fax or to edit a fax that is not in General Delivery.

The Fax - View window has the following options for editing a Fax:

• Adding comments to the Fax
• Delete a range of pages
• Save the Fax
• Undo changes

The Fax - View window also has a number of other features that allow you to manipulate the image:

• Page Controls
• Rotate Buttons
• Zoom Controls
• Fit To Window - Matching image size to window size
• Do Not Rescale - Keeping the image scale fixed
• Scroll Bars
